Deleting Your Data

You may request the deletion of the information we hold about you at any time, including messages exchanged via Facebook Messenger or Instagram, SMS, calls and their transcriptions.

How to request deletion

• By email: write to info@allenbysolutions.ca with the subject "Data Deletion," from the email or account concerned, or specifying the business name and the conversation involved.
• Via Facebook / Instagram: remove our app's access under Settings → Apps and Websites in your Facebook account. Removing access also triggers a request to delete the associated data.

What is deleted

The content of messages, the associated identifiers (page/account-scoped messaging ID, phone number) and the conversation history relating to you. We handle requests within a reasonable timeframe and can confirm completion on request.
